Order Placement:

You can place your order in a few very simple tips.

Step1:  Click the Add to Cart button on the product which you want to buy and they will be added to your shopping cart.

Step2: Register with MasKing by clicking on Login button on the top right hand corner of the page and clicking on “Register”.

  • When you register for your MasKing account, you can enter few details like email only.
  • After Registered you will receive a Thank you mail on your registered email id. And you can display one dashboard on your website “My account” page. You can then click on addresses. In this you can enter all your details including address, phone no., email onto your account page and it will be recorded for the future purpose.

Step3: You can then click on your “My Cart” in the top right corner of your page. To receive additional discount on your order.

Step 4: Either you can “continue shopping” or click on the checkout button to proceed to the next step.

Step5: Provide us with your phone no., email, billing & shipping addresses and payment details. Click on “Place Order” to go ahead.

Step6: Once the order is placed, you will see the confirmation page with an order number. Also MasKing will send you the message and email for confirming your order.

Step7: Enjoy your MasKing order.

Yes, you can leave items in your shopping cart. Your cart is also synced across all the platform if you are registered with us and sign in!

Yes, you do need to have an account to place an order on MasKing. Sign up for MasKing account will give you substantial benefits and give you superior experience while shopping on MasKing. A MasKing account allows you to:

  1. Track all present and past order at a time.
  2. Notification as soon as your favorite product are back in stock.
  3. Rate & review products.
  4. Never fill in your address and payment more than once!

If you want to change/replace address or phone, you can do it through “My Order” Section till the order is shipped. You will see a small edit icon on the order detail screen. You cannot change the address once the order is shipped.

Products listed as “Out of Stock” are not available for sale.

Payment

MasKing offers you easy and multiple payment options. These include:

  1. Debit and credit card (Visa, Master card & Rupay)
  2. Net Banking
  3. UPI, BHIM UPI, PAYTM & Google Pay.

We believe in passing all the cost benefits giving to customers after purchase from MasKing.

  • For orders up to 198, there is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 60.
  • For orders above Rs.199, we offer “Free Shipping”.

The 3D Secure password is an additional password that you’ll be asked to enter after entering your card details on the payment page. You’ll be redirected to your individual bank’s page where you’ll have to enter the Verified by Visa password for Visa cards or SecureCode password for MasterCard cards. Your card-issuing bank will give this password to you and you should have this password prior to shopping on MasKing. Note: 3-D secure password has been made mandatory by the Reserve Bank of India to ensure safer online shopping. This will add an additional layer of security and thus, prevent misuse of a lost or stolen card, as the user will be unable to proceed unless they enter the password associated with your card, created by yourself and known only to you.

It’s as safe as it can get!! All online transactions at MasKing use a secure HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) page. Regular pages you visit are only HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol). All card payments at MasKing are authenticated using a 3D Secure page for card payments which has been mandated by the Reserve Bank of India. These are industry-standard secure payment methods so that we can ensure that all your online transactions at MasKing are processed in an extremely secure environment.

A 3D secure password has been made mandatory by the RBI to ensure safe & secure online shopping. This will add an additional layer of security and thus, prevent misuse of a lost or stolen card, as the user will be unable to proceed unless they enter the password associated with your card, created by yourself and known only to you.

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on MasKing. The price you see on the order confirmation page is exactly what you pay. The final order total would also include the shipping and handling charges as applicable. Taxes may be applicable on orders placed using a discount coupon.

Shipping and Delivery

We packaged our products in boxes, which are covered in a waterproof plastic layer.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.

We are happy to let you know that all of our orders are dispatched in one day.

You can review the status of your orders and other related tracking information by visiting the “My Orders” section. You can immediately see the status of a specific order.

Once the order is shipped, you can see a button “Track” which will give you more detailed information about your order status.

If your order has been shipped and you are still not able to know the order status through the tracking link, wait for 12 hours. In some cases, the courier partner takes up-to 12 hours to activate the tracking link.

Due to the limitations of the couriers we use, COD is not yet available for all pin codes in India.

MasKing does not ship outside India at the moment.

Unfortunately, we do not provide scheduled deliveries for a particular time slot as our courier partners work between 9 am to 9 pm. However, be assured that the Field executives do call you before the delivery is commenced. Our courier partners operate on all business days.

My Orders

Cancellations & Refund

There is no other cancellation charge.

Same Day Cancellation service available.  (12 hrs)

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order directly through your “My order” section.

In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.
